We typically roast light (Scandinavian style) 45 -70 seconds into first crack, the Bullet is a superstar at this roast level. My company has grown well to the point of roasting 120kgs a week – a bit much time wise, but the machine powers through well. I have had a few issues, which honestly are to be expected with my use, all issues have been handled and resolved well. I have upgraded to V2 and replaced the drum motor."
